Terms of service

The service
EduCore is a subscription software service for running school admissions, student records, fees, attendance, parent communication and related school processes.
Your account
You are responsible for the staff, parents and students you invite and for keeping their credentials safe.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed in advance for the chosen period. Cancelling stops renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Your data
Your school owns its data. You can request an export, and we delete it after the retention period that follows cancellation.
